Privacy Policy

Dosey — Last updated: July 11, 2026

Dosey ("we", "us") is a medication reminder app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect as little as we can.

Information we collect

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Where your data is stored

Your account and medication data are stored securely with Supabase, our backend provider, and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Analytics data is processed by Mixpanel and subscription data by RevenueCat, each under their own privacy policies:

Notifications

Dosey sends local and push notifications to remind you about your medications. You can disable these at any time in your device settings, though the app's core purpose depends on them.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account), or by contacting us at the email below. Deletion is permanent.

Children

Dosey is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us and we will honor these requests.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
