Delete your Dosey account

How to permanently delete your account and all associated data in the Dosey app.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Dosey app.
  2. Tap the gear icon at the top of the home screen to open Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion. Your account is deleted immediately.

Don't have the app anymore?

Email us at support@trydosey.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my account", and we will delete your account and data within 7 days.

What data is deleted

Deleting your account permanently and immediately removes all data associated with it:

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no additional retention period — your data is removed from our systems at the time of deletion.

What data is kept

We keep none of your personal data after deletion. Subscription and purchase records are managed by Apple or Google and remain subject to their policies. Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you may be retained.
